Overview

Walk to Sutton, by the church and cross fields to Danes Hill. From north end of Danes Hill walk towards Ranskill, then east across fields to Wild Goose farm and into Idle Valley. Follow Neat Holme road and paths to Sutton Grange and back to the cars.

Leave Retford on North road, A638. In approximately 2 miles , turn right to Sutton. After just over a mile, turn right at the Gate Inn. After 0.7 mile turn right, brown sign for Wetlands Fishing Lakes. Park on grass on right.
