Walk lanes, tracks, footpaths along the beach and through the sand dunes. All the while good views of the Taw & Torridge estuary. Visit Instow town, West Yelland & Instow Barton Marsh. Walked at a leisurely pace but 2 hills and 4 stiles. Optional shorter circular routes are possible.
