Circular C Walk 7.9 miles.
Starting in Kelso town, this is a pleasant riverside and woodland trail, taking the edge of Friar’s Haugh and along the River Teviot to Roxburgh before taking in the viaduct and returning to the start along the disused railway line, through the streets of Maxwellheugh, through Bridgend Park and passing Kelso Abbey.
Mostly well walked paths and lanes. May be muddy in parts. Some Tarmacadam
