Starting from the Town Hall in the Centre of Kendal, this linear walk follows the Dales Way, from Kendal through to Staveley and lunch and then to Winderemere and deserved refreshments. Total 12.5 miles - and therefore classified as a strenuous walk based on distance (not ascent)
We shall take the train back to Kendal.
