We are the West Midlands 40+Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A lovely rural walk, just short of 8 miles (800ft ascent) which takes in two forests, views of Kinver Edge and Bodenham Arboretum. It’s quite an up and down walk, nothing too strenuous but enough to get the heart pumping. Very little road walking, lots of quiet lanes and forest trails. Bring a packed lunch. We see some of the Arboretum but need to stick to the public footpath so we can’t use their facilities although we do pass through Kingsford Caravan Park which has a bar and toilets.
To attend this walk you must first register using the google form linked below please. This is for insurance purposes and is a Ramblers prerequisite. THE START POINT IS PROVIDED ON THE FORM. The information will only be used for walk attendance purposes. You cannot just turn up on the day.
