We are the East Berkshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A circular walk starting in Lane End, initially heading south to Ditchfield, then roughly west to Hanover Hill, from there north-east crossing the M40 to Wheeler End, through Great Wood and Hellbottom Wood, then south-east through Sunter's Wood, then south through High Barbers Wood, Spring Coppice and Booker Common, crossing the M40 again, heading west passing through Widdenton Park Wood, and Lane End to the start.
A table has been booked for 13:45 at The Chequers Inn, Bullocks Ln, Wheeler End, Lane End, HP14 3NH, for those who wish lunch after the walk.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the walk.
