We are the Bath Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We will walk through the first of the Two Tunnels and then along Lyncombe Vale before going through Lyncombe Hill Fields and Alexandra Park.
This walk is over varied terrain with paths and lanes, fields and parkland. Lyncombe Hill Fields are well worth wandering around. There will be time to rest and take in the view across the city from Alexandra Park. There are some steep sections and steps. There are toilets in Alexandra Park at the end of the walk (20p).
Bear Flat is well served by buses and there is some time-limited parking in Holloway. This walk is part of the Bathscape Walking Festival so booking is essential. See Eventbrite link.
