Overview

An undulating country walk through this newly established Wood which was established to mark the centenary of the start of WW1. We will pass the Avenue of Soldiers, the large Wooden Sculpture “Witness”, the orchid, the new children’s playground, the memorial wood for the major sea battle of Jutland, and the bluebells of Little Hurst Wood and Great Hurst Wood.
