Overview

A pleasant scenic walk through the villages of Saltmarshe and Laxton, taking field paths and tracks and a mile long stretch along the banks of the River Ouse, with views of Reedness and Whitgift on the opposite bank.

Laxton village (near Howden) please park just past the train station on Tandy Lane, towards the village. Suggest you try to park on left side of the road, alongside the high brick wall.
