Walk including Abberton Causeways, checking for migrant birds. Bring binoculars if you have them. Walk will be about 8.5 miles all day, or option to walk just the morning (5.5 miles). Lunch at Essex Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre Cafe (or picnic area for sandwiches).
