Overview

The walk begins at the carpark in Lazonby.  It follows the River Eden to Daleraven Bridge and then follows tracks and paths to Long Meg and her daughters before continuing on tracks and paths to Glassonby. Following field paths to Kirkoswald, the memorial to 'Romany of the BBC' is passed at Old Parks and then Kirkoswald Castle.  It is then a very short distance back to Lazonby.
