We are the Vale of Glamorgan Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We will be road walking for the first mile or so, before joining the Wales Coastal Path at Summerhouse Point (coffee stop). Then heading west towards Llantwit Major via the beach, probably lunch stop here.
The paths may be a bit muddy if it keeps raining.
We will observe the two-minute silence to commemorate the end of the First World War at 11am on November 11th, 1918.
The following road closure in Barry may affect those coming from the far East.
Port Road East : Closed between 09.30am and 3.30pm on November 8th & 9th.
