We walk in an anticlockwise direction taking in Ide Hill and Toys Hill. There is just a small section of busy road.

Start at Bough Beech Reservoir. Coming from Crowborough direction on the B2188, turn left at Penshurst onto the B2176 and after about half a mile turn left towards Penshurst station. Turn left onto the B2027 and continue through Chiddingstone Causeway to a road on the right marked to the reservoir. Continue on that road taking the left hand fork to the reservoir. Park on the road on the left hand side close to the footpath leading to the visitor centre.
