Long Man Circular (20 miles, Circular)

We will be walking up the Long Man at Wilmington to the South Downs Way, along into the pretty village of Alfriston where we will be walking in the Cuckmere valley along the river though the village of Littington. We will stop for a break at Exceat Bridge for a packed lunch. Though the Seven Sisters countryside park and up and over the Seven Sisters to Birling Gap, we will stop an ice cream. Continue along the South Downs Way with the sea to our right, up and over Beachy Head. Here we leave the coast walking up though Eastbourne Golf Course to the small village of Jevington. After a pub stop for drinks only we make our way around the back of the village over the Wealdway back to Wilmington. Please note that we will arriving back late at the car park.
