We are the High Weald Walkers Group. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting from Sedlescombe via Great Wood to Battle Church for coffee stop. Onwards via woodland and fields to St John's Church for lunch. In the afternoon we skirt round Powdermill Reservoir and back to Sedlescome.
Sedlescombe to Battle Church - 3.14 miles. To St John’s Church - lunch stop 3.45 miles (6.59 miles). St John’s Church to Sedlescombe - 4.4 miles (10.99 miles)

Meet-up at Sedlescombe car park for a 10am start. Note the public toilets were closed during the recce. Be aware there are road closures in East Sussex so plan your route carefully and allow extra time in case of surprises.
