Overview

A moderate undulating walk with a total ascent of approximately 1200’. Heading north-east to join the Sussex Border Path along the northern edge of Weir Wood Reservoir, then turning north towards Boyles Farm. Skirting the southern edge of East Grinstead we join the High Weald Landscape Trail briefly before passing through the East Grinstead Sports Complex. Continuing in a general south-westerly direction to Gravetye Manor before turning south and back to West Hoathly and our start point. Needless to say there was copious amounts of mud on my recce and I see no reason for that to change. Poles recommended.
