Overview

A moderate undulating route following the Cuckmere Pilgrim Path with a total ascent of approximately 970’.  After visiting the Long Man we head west to Alfriston before making our way north to Arlington Reservoir, our lunch stop. Conditions generally good although paths overgrown in places but only briefly. Boots recommended though. Crossing the A27 twice and the railway so due caution required. Stiles generally good.
