We are the Balerno Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Being led by Malcolm Milne (known as Malky) - 2 hours walk, starting at 10am, finishing around 12:30pm that includes a break at Dunbar Close Gardens - starting at Holyrood Palace, finishing at St Giles.
Note - there is a Starbucks where we stop and you can buy a coffee and use the toilets if you wish.
Learn about hidden things in and around Canongate,
Royal Mile, as well as Canongate kirkyard, Chessels Court, Tweeddale Court and Paisley Close before ending with High St and St Giles.
