We are the Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Pre-registration preferred.
Slow to moderately paced 5 mile walk - about 2.5 hours walking. Steps up at Stanmore station plus a couple of inclines, but mainly downhill or flat.
Route: Bentley Priory Open Space, Harrow Weald Common, Old Redding, Grim's Dyke grounds and golf course.
Lunch: Choice of pub or café at end of walk.
Meet at Stanmore Underground station (Zone 5 - Jubilee line) at 10.30 for short bus ride to start of walk Loos at station - none en route.
Finish: Hatch End for Overground or bus.
