Overview

Starting just outside the village of Legbourne, this is a pretty walk on the eastern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. We take in Legbourne wood, Muckton Village and the edges of Burwell and Haugham woods. We then walk back via Little Cawthorpe and stop off at The Royal Oak Pub for a drink before returning to Legbourne.

The route uses a dismantled railway line, footpaths and bridleways over fields and through woodland and has several stiles. Please note that there might be muddy paths.
