We walk along the ridge to Teggs Nose and descend to walk round Bottoms Reservoir. Then ascend through Macclesfield Forest to Nessit Hill and around past the path to Shuttingsloe to cross the road at Standing Stone car park and back down then up to the start. Risk assessment: Mainly good paths, a little minor road walking, and forest tracks. Can be muddy or icy. Trip hazards through the woods.
