Overview

A circular walk from Hulme End past Ecton Hill former copper mines, taking in the pretty little stone village of Wetton and exploring Thor's Cave, one of the Peak District's most iconic natural caves, with stunning views of the Manifold valley. After a refreshment stop at Wetton Mill, once used for grinding corn, we will return via the Manifold Trail, the route of the old Leek and Manifold Light Railway.
