BOOKING REQUESTED

The walk passes the Roman Lakes and around Mellor Golf Course with an ascent up to the cross on Cobden Edge. We continue across farmland to Mellor and up to Mellor Church returning via Tarden into Marple Bridge.  Risk assessment: Generally good paths but an uphill rocky section which can be wet and slippery.
