This relatively short winter walk explores the rarely walked footpaths that join the Fell side villages of Melmerby and Ousby.

From Melmerby we head south to Gale Hall and Fellside before reaching Ousby.  After lunch on the village green we return northwards via Sunnygill Bridge to Melmerby.

Looks like a nice cafe at the end of the walk!
