Overview
Steady climb from the start up to Craig-y-Dorth then to Cwm Carvan, Lloysey, Caer Llan before coming back via Mitchel Troy Common. There is 1700 ft of ascent, so lots of ups and downs also stiles aplenty (NB: THREE ARE VERY TRICKY) going over fields, along footpaths, woodland tracks and country lanes.
