Overview

Starting from the lay-by, we take the track on the other side of the road that ascends gradually to Fron Heulog farm where we turn right walking along the flank of Fron Hen. We arrive on the Loggerhead road and use the path on the side to Bwlch Penbarra where hopefully we will get some wonderful views of the Vale of Clwyd and the Welsh mountains. We follow the Offa’s Dyke Path over the hill fort of Moel Fenlli before returning to the track down to Plymog lay by.
