Walk from Rykas car park, skirting the base of Box Hill, and then a long gentle ascent up Downs Road and Stane Street (may be slippy if wet) to Mickleham Downs.
After galloping (or meandering) along the Gallops, we drop down to Mickleham village for coffee (bring your own drink & snacks) in the recreational park. We then cross Mole Valley over the A24 to the woodland path (part of the Mole Valley Trail) along the base of Norbury Park back to Westhumble, through the underpass below the A24 and back to the car park.
Some ups and downs. Mainly woodland paths. Some pavement.
Sticks may be necessary if wet.
