Overview

Hertford Heath. From the car park we will head west via Hertford lock towards the A10, the cut up though a local housing estate to the busy A414 junction on the A10. Aided by the junction traffic lights, we will cross this with care and continue South on a footpath to Hertford Heath, taking a break at the memorial there. Then we will start heading North back to Hertford via Hertford East station.
