Overview

Walking first from Great to Little Sampford along the path on which Uttlesford Ramblers Work Party was involved in replacing stiles with gates. Then via Maynards and Bean Pod Farm to Howe Lane, before returning to the Red Lion pub for an optional lunch. The Red Lion specializes in Italian food.

Some lane walking. Some, unavoidable, cross fields. Some bits of Turpin’s Trail.

Please arrive in time to pre-order lunch in the car park.
