Follow the Thames Path and Cross Chiswick Bridge to the north side to walk along the towpath to Chiswick House, where we have a coffee break. We will then return to the towpath and continue to Fulham Palace, where we stop for café /picnic lunch. We cross the railway bridge and walk round the Alderman's Park. crossing Putney High Street we follow the Thames until we turn off towards the Barnes Wetland Centre. The walk continues to Barnes Pond before returning to the river and back to Mortlake Station. Leisurely pace; opt out points.
