The walk starting at 9.20 am 

Parking is off the A425 near Napton. Immediately after the canal bridge take the turning Right lane to go into a layby and park near Napton on the Hill.

A varied walk with two steady climbs, Napton Hill (160m) and later Beacon Hill/ Shuckburgh Hills (205m) where we should see some fine views.

...From here the path continues through a part of the Shuckburgh Estate to Lower Shuckburgh.

Our pub stop is at The Crown Inn, Stockton at about the 6.5 mile stage.            

Sandwiches can be eaten near the pub.
