Starts at 10.00 am WEDNESDAY: Meet at small car park at Helebridge, SS 216 036. Coast Path to Northcott Mouth, inland paths around Poughill and Broomhill Manor, back to Bude Canal and then towpath return to Helebridge. 13 miles,

6½ hours. M. Boots, food and drink. Optional tea stop at The Weir after walk ends.
