Overview

Countryside walk from Wye up to Boughton Lees (about 2 miles) then branching off towards Canterbury. Moderate walk. Good views.

We finish in Canterbury - well located for both East and West stations, as well as drinking and food options.

Please bring packed lunch. Pub stop for drinks and toilets likely in a village along the way.

Travel: Take 9:29 from London Charing Cross (9:38 London Bridge ), arr. 10:56 Wye (front 4 coaches only).

Alternative: Take 10:04 from London St Pancras (10:11 Stratford International), change at Ashford (arr. 10:41, dep. 10:50), arr. Wye 10:56 (front 4 coaches only on train from Ashford to Wye).

Tickets: Please purchase a return to Canterbury East/West. This is valid via Wye. If using High Speed (HS1) from St Pancras, please make sure your ticket is valid on HS1. Network railcards valid.
