PLACES ON OUR WALKS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.
It crosses a quiet valley surrounded by rolling wooded hills, passing St Mary’s church and the octagon lodge. The route is mostly flat with some steady climb through Cangsley Grove, with views across the Potwells Valley passing Hawkshead Wood There are no stiles. Some lane walking on quiet roads. There may be some muddy areas after rain. Walking boots are highly recommended and walking poles may be useful if it’s muddy. Horses and sheep grazing in fields so well controlled dogs are allowed but may need to be on leads in some sections.

There is no need to message us. Just go to our web site, scroll down the Home page to the Quick Menu and click on Book a Walk Place. Places can be booked from 8am on the Wednesday of the week before the walk.
