Overview

West Mendip Walkers moderate 8-9mile circular walk from Nunney Castle (BA11 4NL). The walk starts from the Nunney Castle car park to Holwell with a dog leg to pick up a track to a viewing platform over Holwell Quarry. We then go to Bangle farm and a further wooded walk to Whatley. Here we again cross the Quarry road to Murdercombe, and return to Nunney across arable fields.  Dog friendly no stiles.
