A gentle undulating 10 mile route either side of the B3400 through varied countryside: includes the Laverstoke Estate, outskirts of Overton, the source of the River Test and pretty hamlet of Deane.
There will be two short food and drink stops.
Oakley has a cafe for those who would like to stay for a social coffee and cake, before returning home.
Please let me know if you intend to join this walk. The school car park lay-by will be busy until 910 once the children have been dropped off.
Some of the footpaths are narrow so be prepared for hedgerow prickles, and also slippery surfaces if recent rain. Come prepared for changeable weather.
