Overview

Setting off from Oaks Park, across the fields and joining the London Loop heading south into the village of Banstead, with a quick pit stop, we continue to walk across the fields around the back Courtlands Stud. We will stop on Park Downs for a packed lunch with some excellent views across to Banstead Woods.  The afternoon starts with us heading around the side of the woods, down pass Perrotts Farm and along Chipstead Bottom, we will be stopping at the pub for a drink only (Ramblers Rest). Afterwards we walk north back though Banstead Woods taking in all the trees, before crossing over Soloms Court Road and up though the pretty village of Woodmansterne back to the start at Oaks Park with an option for refreshments at the cafe.
