Sorry, but due to the continuation of the horrendous wet weather, I've decided to cancel this walk. Heavy rain plus wind is forecast and I have seen today that the countryside is absolutely soaked already.
We are the North Hampshire Downs Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A walk starting at the canal-side car park at Odiham Wharf, Colt Hill. Taking in part of the Basingstoke Canal towpath, the river Whitewater, Odiham Castle, Greywell village and the outskirts of Odiham.
Expect some mud and wet stretches. Poles advised. There will be a break for refreshments (bring your own). There is a pub at the start/end of the walk, the Water Witch, and cafes and pubs in Odiham itself.
