Overview

An evening circular starting in the pretty village of Wadhurst, heading East across rolling countryside and some nice woodland to Bewl Water, with lovely views across the reservoir. On our way back there will be a spell along a (quiet) country lane. The walk is moderate but there are two testing hills and a few stiles - also, we will need to walk at a reasonable pace to finish in the daylight. We will leave promptly at 5.30 - please arrive in plenty of time as we cant wait for latecomers.

The meeting point is outside the Greyhound pub (currently closed, but the White Hart (a stones throw away) is an option for post walk drinks.

There is a large (free) car park behind the Greyhound. If full there is some parking along Wadhurst High Street or in another smaller car park behind the One Stop convenience store.
