Overview

Join us at Portishead for some sea air!  A short, pleasant walk around the beach, marina, nature park and town.

Note this walk is largely through urban areas and is well-surfaced - good news if it's been wet, but bad news if your preference is for country walking.

We start at the end of Lake Road to help those coming by bus.  You will need to get off the bus in the town and walk through to Lake Road. When we return, we shall walk this way as a group, so you can leave early to catch your bus home.

One day I might be able to type 'to help those coming by bus and train'!

There are toilets at the start (and end) and possibly in cafes on the way around.

There are two cafes near where we finish or pubs nearby.
