Overview

Starting at the historic Sutton Hall in Sutton near Macclesfield, we follow a lovely route to Sutton reservoir then ascend up to Croker Hill (400m) which is on the Gritstone Trail.  We then descend back to Sutton reservoir and follow the canal back to Sutton Hall.

Please note, this is a short walk before the Cheshire Walkers Christmas lunch and bookings for the Christmas Lunch must be have been made in advance.

No dogs are permitted on this walk as there are cows in fields.
