Out beyond Fron village on track to Mynydd Mawr (Elephant Mountain), dipping down gently to the Llyn Ffonhonnau at its foot. Glorious views of Nantlle Ridge. On over moorland paths, around Castell farm to lower track & road. Back for a panad a cacen, coffee or soup in the café. Grade D 4 miles 70ft ascent
