Overview

Meet at Rainham Station at 09.52 (train from Grays at 09.42, or SLH at 09.17 and change at Grays).  Walk from Rainham across the marshes and along the river to the RSPB for coffee then a walk around the reserve before walking to Purfleet station for the train back to Grays.
