Overview

Starting from Redbrook Rovers car park (£1 all day) we follow Offa's Dyke Path climbing steadily to the Naval Monument at Kymin above Monmouth.  On a clear day the views from here are spectacular.  We descend steeply from Kymin (poles useful) to the banks of the River Wye.  We cross the river using the Duke of Beaufort Bridge and follow a less walked path past 17th Century Troy House, through a possibly muddy farm area, back to the banks of the Wye and Redbrook. Optional pub stop at the end.
