Overview

Circular walk from . Pontrhydfendigaid. From the village short path to join the Borth to Devils Bridge trail then climb fairly steep field to  join the track around Pen y Bannau to reach the road from Ffair Rhos. The route then follows tracks past Coed Cae vdown to Strata Florida Abbey site. From  here the  river is crossed & return to the start  through fields. (There is an option to walk back along the road if path is too muddy).
