Richard III Trail (Leicester, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Rutland)
The Richard III Trail is a 62 mile linear walk from Richard's birthplace in Fotheringhay to the Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre, the site (more or less) of his death, passing through Leicester, site of his reburial, along the way. This walk splits the trail into 5 stages:
Stage 1 Fotheringhay to Barrowden 11.5 miles
Stage 2 Barrowden to Hallaton 13 miles
Stage 3 Hallaton to Stoughton 13 miles
Stage 4 Stoughton to Whetstone 12 miles
Stage 5 Whetsone to Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre 13.5 miles

Places will be limited by car sharing arrangements.
Places will be filled on a first come, first served basis with priority given to those who wish to walk all stages

Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre, Ambion Ln, Sutton Cheney, Nuneaton CV13 0AB. As this is a linear walk we will leave some cars at this point and drive participants from here to the start of the walk.
The Dicken Car Park, Whetstone, Leicester LE8 6LE or The Nook, Whetstone, Leicester LE8 6LA
Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre, Ambion Ln, Sutton Cheney, Nuneaton CV13 0AB. At the end of the walk participants will be taken to the start of the walk to collect their cars. Drink @ The Lime Tree, 2 Cambridge Rd, Whetstone, Leicester LE8 6LF after car pick up in Whetstone.
