Overview

This walk is a coach trip embarking from Lossie Green Car Park, Elgin.

Main Walk: An enjoyable circular walk down Deeside on the east of Ballater. One on the highlights is the beautiful suspension bridge at Cambus O'May. If open, we will call-in at The Cheese Shop.

Shorter walk option: Seven Bridges & Knock Castle, 6.5mi. A fine walk which explores the fine countryside around Ballater.

If you have any questions, please contact the walk leader Nick Bishop (07541 841 298). Please leave a message remembering to leave your name and contact telephone number.

Please Note: The ‘Estimated Finish Time’ shown below is when the walk is estimated to end, however the walk start time can vary due to conditions on the day. On our return journey to Elgin, the coach has a stop-off for ‘refreshments’ therefore we cannot give a fixed time for our return to Elgin.
