Roaming with the Romans

Leisurely walk around Colchester based on the route published in Ramblers magazine, this is an interesting mix of fields and town centre including the Roman wall so expect hills, steps, marsh and cobbles. We will stop for coffee/apple break at Mercury Theatre (outside seating if you bring your own) at half time. This is a joint walk with Ipswich Ramblers. Catch 9.32 train from Stowmarket or join us rear of Colchester station (exit away from town centre) at 10.02.
