Overview

Start from the Dewars Distillery on the edge of Aberfeldy to explore prehistoric remains and walk through an abandoned village on the way to a mediaeval church with a beautiful painted ceiling, showing the layers of history to be found on the southern slopes of the Tay east of Aberfeldy.  The walk returns via the Rob Roy way along the banks of the Tay.
