Overview

We leave the car park and head up through Wildham Woods and Battines Hill Wood to Up Marden, where we stop for a mid-morning break.  We then have a couple of hills over to Compton.  From Compton we ascend to the east side of the valley and follow the ridge to Walderton. The final part of the walk takes us up Walderton Hill to Bow Hill, past the Devil's Humps and 360' views, before descending to the car park.  We will have our picnic lunch about 12.30.
